Cancellation Policy

✅ Short version: We don’t auto-charge you. There’s nothing to “cancel” in the traditional sense — you simply choose whether or not to pay again when your plan period ends.
1. How Our Plans Work
Mind Brewer and VIP plans are manually renewed, not automatically billed. When you pay:
- Your plan activates immediately for a fixed period — 30 days for monthly plans, 365 days for the VIP annual plan
- We do not store your payment details or automatically charge you again
- A few days before your plan ends, we’ll email you a reminder
- When the period ends, your account simply reverts to the Free tier unless you choose to pay again
2. So What Does “Cancelling” Mean Here?
Since nothing renews automatically, cancelling is as simple as doing nothing — just don’t make another payment when your current period ends. You’ll never be charged without actively completing a new checkout yourself.
3. No Refunds for Time Already Used
Because you’re paying upfront for a fixed period of access (not an ongoing subscription that can be prorated), we don’t offer refunds for unused days within a period you’ve already paid for — similar to how a Netflix or gym membership month works once purchased.
4. Exceptions We Do Handle
We understand mistakes happen. We’ll review and may issue a refund or credit in these situations:
- Duplicate payment — you were accidentally charged twice for the same plan
- Technical failure — you paid but your plan never activated due to a site error
- Unauthorized payment — a payment was made without your consent
To request a review, email contact@brewyourbrain.com with your payment details (transaction ID, date, amount) within 7 days of the charge. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Early Termination
If you’d like to stop using a paid tier before your period ends (e.g., delete your account), your access will still end when your account is deleted — but no partial refund is issued for the remaining time, per Section 3 above.
6. Changes to This Policy
If we introduce true auto-recurring billing in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly, and you’ll be notified before any such change affects you.
